The Professional Development Exchange program is a unique professional and cultural exchange opportunity for business people and professionals between the ages of 25 and 40.
From a simple beginning in 1968 Rotaract has become a strong international service club for young men and women (ages 18-30) who have a commitment to their communities, be it at local and/or international levels.

Tourism and primary industry professionals aged 25-40 are encouraged to apply for Professional Development Exchange 2019. Visiting the South Island of NZ – covering South Canterbury, Otago and Southland. It will be an excellent opportunity for four young Tasmanians to learn about their professions in an off shore location.
We are considering potential RYLArian alumni to join the 2019 team in a Leadership Development Role.
