Rotary Tasmania, District 9830, is organising a Professional Development Exchange (PDE) to the South Island of NZ, District 9980 – covering South Canterbury, Otago and Southland.  The major population centres are Dunedin, Invercargill, Timaru and Queenstown.

Dates: 16 April – 13 May 2019.

Team Member

Applications close on 2 November 2019.

The industry / professional focus of the exchange will be tourism and primary industries - sectors of major importance to Tasmania and New Zealand.  It will be an excellent opportunity for four young Tasmanians to learn about their professions in an off shore location. The age limit is 25-40 years old.

 

Team Leader

Applications close on 26 October 2019.

The PDE team will be led by an experienced Rotarian.  The District is now seeking expressions of interest in this role from club members who must be endorsed by their club.  

 

An inbound PDE Team from D9980 will be hosted by District 9830 from 20 March -16 April 2019.
