The Director - Community Projects is responsible to the District Governor for directing and managing the Service Project committees in their role to assist clubs in supporting communities locally, nationally and internationally. Working with Assistant Governors, the Director provides ongoing support through sharing knowledge of district service programs and initiatives, assists in development of a community needs analysis per club as a means of building portfolios of relevant service project opportunities and ensures publication of good news stories and successes.
