PP Charles Cook (Sandy Bay) devoted the best part of 18-months compiling these membership tools. Collaborating and consulting with Rotary International staff, including spending many hours on the phone to the US. Charles personally spoke with Julie Aubry head of RI Worldwide Membership and she endorsed the membership documents. Charles is very passionate about increasing membership within Rotary Tasmania and firmly believes the tools can significantly increase Membership.

Sandy Bay Club used these tools to increase their membership by 11 in 2018!
